Michael Aboud, Men’s Cross Country, Unity

Michael took first place overall in the Unity Invitational on Saturday, posting a time of 29:02 in the five mile race. It was the best finish of his career and his season, as he took 1:04 off of his time from the previous week and finished three minutes ahead of the second place runner. Unity won the meet.
